Provide technical support and troubleshooting for global customers using Microsoft Cloud technologies. Investigate platform issues, support integrations, and collaborate with engineering teams to ensure high service quality.
Operate and improve Kubernetes-based infrastructure using GitOps and CI/CD pipelines. Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of clusters, including provisioning, scaling, and performance optimization across cloud and on-premises environments.
Design, develop, and maintain scalable cloud-native backend services and multi-tenant architectures using the .NET stack. Take ownership of critical platform components including billing engines, provisioning workflows, and inter-service communication.
Ensure the accuracy and reliability of billing and invoicing data through discrepancy analysis and SQL-based validation. Collaborate with technical teams to optimize workflows, automate processes, and support partner-specific integrations.
