The Associate, VOC Specialist is responsible for proactively reaching out to Members to understand their needs and ensure they are optimizing their benefits with Ametros. This role also involves handling complex Member issues and escalations to maintain high levels of member retention.

The role involves leading national engagement with plaintiff attorneys and legal organizations to drive adoption of the CareGuard product. You will build high-impact partnerships, execute go-to-market strategies, and provide legal market expertise to support sales teams.
