This role involves building and maintaining a data-driven product roadmap for the core product, Aerros, driving improvements through clear product specifications, and analyzing product data to guide decision-making. The Principal Product Manager will collaborate with customers and internal teams to gather requirements and orchestrate complex product executions from conception to launch.

The Senior Backend Engineer will play a critical role in expanding infrastructure and APIs to ensure scalability, requiring them to analyze tough customer problems and design efficient backend solutions. Responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, well-tested features and services, while occasionally collaborating with the business team and supporting deployments or customer integrations.
