The Load Planner is responsible for managing and coordinating chemical and waste transportation operations to ensure cost-effectiveness and service quality. They will oversee daily planning activities, including order acceptance, asset management, and troubleshooting operational issues.
Lead the acquisition of new national accounts through proactive prospecting, cold calling, and strategic sales initiatives. Develop comprehensive business plans and manage high-level presentations to drive revenue growth and operational profitability.
Agents will be responsible for sourcing, booking, and managing freight across various modes while developing and maintaining customer and carrier relationships. This includes negotiating rates to maximize margin, tracking shipments, resolving issues, and ensuring accurate documentation and compliance.
