The Calibration Technician is responsible for performing routine and complex calibration and repair of diagnostic equipment at customer sites and in the lab. They must ensure all activities comply with ISO 17025 standards while maintaining accurate documentation and providing excellent customer service.

The analyst is responsible for the administration, configuration, and maintenance of the IndySoft calibration management platform. This includes managing user permissions, ensuring data hygiene, and maintaining integrations with systems like NetSuite and Salesforce.

Lead the consolidation of a fragmented product distribution segment into a cohesive, profit-driven function. Responsible for managing the P&L, optimizing gross profit, and establishing scalable operating models across multiple branches.
