The Senior Director of Marketing will shape and implement the brand strategy, positioning, and value proposition across all channels while managing paid, earned, and content programs. The Virtual Outreach Specialist will conduct outbound calls and virtual outreach to educate patients about Accompany Health services. They will also monitor inbound communications, support patients with their inquiries, and maintain accurate records of outreach activities.

The Patient Engagement Coordinator conducts high-volume outbound calls to schedule patient appointments and provide ongoing support. They are responsible for maintaining accurate records in CRM systems while ensuring an empathetic and professional patient experience.

The Associate Medical Director will provide clinical leadership, supervise Med-Psych and Psych APCs, and deliver virtual mental and physical health care, focusing on integrated care for complex patient needs across different care models. Responsibilities include clinical supervision, psychiatric consultation, medication management oversight, chart reviews, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and reduce avoidable utilization.

The role involves conducting comprehensive virtual visits to diagnose and manage complex, comorbid medical and behavioral health conditions, ensuring evidence-based preventive care and addressing urgent patient needs. Responsibilities include prescribing medications for SUDs, coordinating referrals, and participating in a rotating on-call schedule to support patients staying healthy at home.
