You will be responsible for the entire operational HR business, including recruiting, administration, and employee development. Additionally, you will lead the HR department, drive strategic organizational development, and act as a sparring partner for the management team.
You will manage the end-to-end recruiting process, including creating job postings, active sourcing, and conducting initial candidate interviews. Additionally, you will coordinate with department heads and the management team to optimize recruiting strategies and maintain applicant databases.
You will manage and prioritize the product backlog while acting as the primary link between development, business departments, and operations. Additionally, you will conduct UI/UX research and create wireframes and mock-ups to translate user needs into actionable development tickets.
