We’re looking for a Sales Operations & Business Analytics Specialist to help strengthen the systems, data, and insights behind a growing revenue organization.
Working closely with the Sales Operations Senior Lead, you’ll improve CRM operations, pipeline visibility, forecasting, and reporting while using data to answer high-impact business questions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys turning complex data into clear insights and building scalable processes in a fast-moving environment.
What You’ll Do
Support and improve CRM operations, including data hygiene, workflow automation, reporting, and user support.
Maintain pipeline quality and support weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasting.
Build and enhance dashboards and performance reporting across pipeline health, conversion, seller productivity, and quota attainment.
Analyze sales trends, funnels, conversion rates, and cohort performance to identify opportunities and performance gaps.
Help improve forecasting models using historical data and predictive signals.
Support the implementation and adoption of new sales tools, CRM pipelines, and processes.
Translate analysis into clear recommendations and business narratives for leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
Tackle ad hoc analytical problems across areas such as incentive modeling, lead generation, KPIs, and recruitment funnels.
What We’re Looking For
2–4+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Analytics, or a related role.
Hands-on experience with a modern CRM platform; HubSpot is preferred.
Experience building CRM reports, dashboards, and workflows.
Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
Experience with SQL and/or BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI is strongly preferred.
Strong business judgment—you can connect data and operational metrics to revenue impact and business decisions.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Comfortable working with ambiguity, evolving priorities, and problems without predefined solutions.
Preferred
Advanced HubSpot proficiency or certification.
Experience with forecasting, predictive analytics, or statistical modeling.
Experience with sales incentives, quotas, or KPI analysis.
Exposure to cross-functional analytics across Marketing, Customer Success, Recruitment, or Business Operations.
