You will support the Global Sales Operations team by managing AI-driven initiatives, CRM data quality, and process optimization. Additionally, you will create reports and dashboards to assist in business decision-making and provide administrative support for sales events.
Your mission
As part of our Global Sales Operations team, you will help us improve the way we use data, AI, and technology to support our sales organization. You will contribute to AI-driven initiatives, reporting and analytics, CRM data quality, and process optimization. At the same time, you will gain valuable insights into how a global sales organization operates and how business decisions are supported through data and technology.
This role is ideal for students who are interested in business processes, data, and the practical application of AI in a real-world environment.
Your Responsibilities
Support the development and maintenance of AI agents, copilots, automations, and other AI-driven solutions.
Help identify opportunities to improve sales processes through AI and technology.
Create dashboards, reports, and analyses to support decision-making.
Support CRM data quality initiatives and ensure accurate and complete sales data.
Review and validate opportunities and other CRM records to ensure compliance with internal guidelines.
Assist with data validation, data hygiene, and continuous improvement activities.
Support Sales Operations projects and process improvement initiatives.
Help organize sales trainings, workshops, and events.
Provide operational and administrative support to the Global Sales Operations team as required.
Your profile
Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business Administration, Data Science, Economics, or a related field.
Strong interest in AI, data, technology, and business processes.
Analytical thinking and a structured way of working.
High attention to detail and data quality.
Proactive mindset and willingness to learn.
Good communication skills and fluency in English.
Nice to Have
First experience with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Claude, Dynamics 365, or similar tools.
Basic understanding of CRM systems, reporting, or process optimization.
Interest in sales, business operations, and digital transformation.
