Direct Counsel is working with a prominent law firm who is currently seeking an experienced Workers Compensation Attorney to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with a strong background in Workers Compensation or who have just started growing in their career.
Requirements:
- At least 1yr experience in Workers Compensation
- CA Bar-JD or LLM will qualify
- Tech Savvy as attorneys will be learning a proprietary system
- Someone who likes structure
- Able to put in 50-55 billable hours/week, collaborative billing with Legal Assistants
- Collaborative worker and team player
Compensation:
- From $100k/yr-$200k/yr depending on experience
- Quarterly bonus
- Discretionary Bonus based on performance
