The Role: Insurance Agent & Enrollment Manager

This isn’t your typical sales job—this is an opportunity to lead, inspire, and make a real impact. You’ll be building lasting relationships with clients while mentoring and growing a team of passionate professionals. Whether you’re helping someone find the perfect insurance plan or coaching a teammate to their next big win, every day brings new opportunities to grow and succeed.

What You’ll Do (And Have Fun Doing!)

🔥 Insurance Agent Responsibilities:

• Connect with people through networking, referrals, and digital outreach.
• Understand clients’ needs and provide customized Life, Health, Auto, Home, and Business insurance solutions.
• Manage applications, renewals, and policy changes with ease.
• Stay in-the-know on industry updates, new products, and best practices.
• Build relationships that go beyond business—we’re all about long-term trust!

🌟 Enrollment Manager / Leadership Responsibilities:

• Recruit and mentor an amazing team of remote insurance agents.
• Coach and motivate team members to exceed their goals (think pep talks and high-fives, even if virtual!).
• Create a positive and supportive team culture—collaboration over competition!
• Guide new agents through onboarding, licensing, and training (we’ve got a great system, and you’ll help make it even better).
• Work with leadership to develop fresh strategies that keep our team and clients winning.

Who You Are

✅ A natural leader who loves helping others succeed.
✅ A people person—strong communication skills and a knack for relationship-building.
✅ Tech-savvy (or at least open to learning tools like CRM software, Zoom, and Google Suite).
✅ A go-getter who’s self-motivated and thrives in a flexible remote setting.
✅ Licensed in Life Insurance (or willing to get licensed—don’t worry, we’ll help!).
✅ Sales or leadership experience is a big plus, but not required—we believe in training the right people!
