The VP of Product will own the strategy and commercialization of an assigned product portfolio to drive measurable business outcomes and market impact. They will lead cross-functional alignment across product, technical, and go-to-market teams to ensure investments are optimized for growth and customer success.
We are seeking an outcome-driven Vice President, Product Strategy & Commercialization to own an assigned product portfolio from opportunity identification through commercialization and growth. This role is responsible for ensuring customer needs, market opportunities, product investments, and commercialization efforts remain aligned around a common strategy and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, this leader will work across product, technical, design, and go-to-market functions to identify growth opportunities, guide investment decisions, and translate strategy into measurable customer and business outcomes. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on ownership of portfolio performance and market success. While the role does not have formal authority over Engineering, Sales, Marketing, or Customer Experience, it is accountable for aligning those functions around shared portfolio objectives and outcomes.
Success in this role is defined not by the volume of features delivered, but by the ability to create market impact, accelerate growth, strengthen customer outcomes, and turn strategic investments into measurable results.

Compensation and Benefits
This is a full‑time position. The annual base salary hiring range for this position is $210,000 - $269,231 for employees located in the United States and CA$201,000 - CA$377,326 for employees located in Canada. The salary range reflects expected base pay for this role at the time of posting. The compensation package offered will be determined by factors such as demonstrated experience, skills, and internal equity. Expected base pay hiring ranges for candidates outside of the United States and Canada will be reviewed during the interview process, if selected. This position is eligible for incentive compensation in the form of a KPI incentive plan. Certain roles may also be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of an equity award.
