We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President of Accounting based in Fresno, California. As the Vice President of Accounting, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's accounting operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of the company's accounting operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance.
• Lead and develop a high-performing accounting team.
• Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement financial strategies.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial statements and reports.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and other financial stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA preferred.
• Proven experience in a senior leadership role in accounting or finance.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead and develop a team of accounting professionals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
