Vendor Management Financial Analyst

This is a remote position.

Role Overview

The Vendor Management Analyst / Senior Analyst is responsible for monitoring contract timelines, including renewals and notification periods, tracking service-level agreements (SLAs), and analyzing usage to help optimize value. The role supports technology-focused programs and services in a global operating environment.

Core Responsibilities

• Maintain a database of critical contract details.
  
• Monitor timelines for upcoming contract events, including renewals, notification periods, sourcing activities, and related events.
  
• Evaluate and maintain records of incidents against contractual SLAs and security incident response times.
  
• Collect, analyze, and aggregate critical contract information to support the Vendor Management Office (VMO) and key stakeholders.
  
• Work within a technology environment focused on technology development and processes that support and protect global operations.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
  
• 5–8 years of sourcing or IT project management experience.
  
• Proven ability to manage global projects and business relationships.
  
• Expert-level Microsoft Excel skills.
  
• Understanding of cost savings and value drivers within global IT hardware and software.
  
• Experience with sourcing and procurement processes.
  
• Demonstrated ability to set and meet deadlines and manage related risks.
  
• Strong situational leadership instincts and abilities.
  
• Ability to manage and work with culturally and geographically diverse populations.
  
• Ability to work effectively within a virtual team.
