Job Description:
Join Job Duck as a Bilingual Case Manager and become an essential part of a fast-paced legal environment where your organization, communication, and client service skills make a meaningful impact every day. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for clients, helping guide them through various stages of their cases while ensuring all necessary records, documentation, and updates are properly managed. You will work closely with internal teams, insurance companies, and clients to keep cases moving forward efficiently and accurately. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy. • Monthly Compensation: 1,220 to 1,320 USD
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Maintain a high level of organization while handling multiple active cases simultaneously.
• Manage email correspondence, scheduling, and administrative case-related tasks as required.
• Ensure all case-related information is handled with confidentiality and in compliance with company standards.
• Identify potential case delays or issues and proactively communicate solutions or next steps.
• Collaborate with internal team members to support efficient case management processes.
• Respond to client inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail.
• Prepare and organize case files to ensure information is complete, accurate, and easily accessible.
• Monitor case progress through litigation or closure and provide status updates to relevant parties.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records within company systems and databases.
• Track and manage case workflows, deadlines, appointments, and important milestones.
• Coordinate with insurance companies regarding claims, records, case updates, and required information.
• Request, collect, organize, and maintain medical records and supporting case documentation.
• Conduct regular client follow-ups to gather information, answer questions, and ensure all required documentation is received.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely updates and maintaining consistent communication throughout the life of each case.
Requirements:
• Time Zone Requirement: Eastern Standard Time (EST)
• Work Schedule: ◦ Monday through Friday ◦ 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM EST
• Language Requirements: ◦ Professional written and spoken English ◦ Professional written and spoken Spanish
• Experience Requirements: ◦ Previous experience in case management, legal support, client services, insurance coordination, healthcare administration, or a related field preferred ◦ Experience handling sensitive and confidential information ◦ Ability to manage multiple active cases simultaneously
• Technical Requirements: ◦ Microsoft Office Suite ◦ CRM systems experience preferred ◦ Email management platforms ◦ Calendar management tools ◦ VOIP phone systems experience preferred
• Additional Requirements: ◦ Strong verbal and written communication skills ◦ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision ◦ Excellent organizational and time management skills ◦ Strong follow-up and documentation practices ◦ Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment ◦ Comfortable handling client communications throughout the case lifecycle
