The Regional Marketing Manager will define and execute country-specific marketing strategies and lead-generation plans for the Uzbek market. They are also responsible for managing the regional marketing team, overseeing campaigns, and conducting market research to support business development.

The main responsibilities of the position include:
Define and create country - specific marketing strategies.
Develop and implement demand and lead-generation marketing & rollout plans for the Uzbek Market.
Launch marketing campaigns as well as evaluate success and deliverables based on KPIs.
Assist the Marketing and the Business Development functions to carry out market research during the country penetration stage, in respect to the country’s ethics, culture, customs, etc.
Provide support for marketing events and exhibitions as required.
Assist in the ongoing marketing activities as well as support the marketing team and other regional teams as necessary.
Manage the regional marketing team and handle relevant delegated projects.
Stay on top of current trends and best practices.
Perform any other related tasks as assigned by the Business Development Manager.
Main requirements:
Degree in a marketing, advertising, communications or a business-related field.
At least 4 years of experience in a similar role.
Native Uzbek and Russian speaker and very good knowledge of English.
Solid experience with managing teams.
Excellent knowledge of marketing analytics and metrics features.
Strong digital marketing skills.
Strong project management skills will be considered an advantage.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organised and ability to multitask.
