This role will be with Tools for Humanity.

About the Team:

Trust & Safety is unique for every company and this is especially so at Tools for Humanity.  Here, the Trust and Safety team serves as the connective tissue that protects and nurtures the health of our Operational ecosystem. Our unique growth model of using a global network of Orb Operators to give a free share of Worldcoin to everyone on Earth raises complex, first-of-their-kind challenges. We support multiple functions of the company from empowering safe on-the-ground operations, asset control, addressing privacy concerns, misinformation, fraud and special investigations.  This requires constant collaboration with many stakeholders and a willingness to learn and adapt quickly.

About the Role:

  • Incident Management: Investigate and research critical issues impacting the trust and safety of all who interact with the Worldcoin project. This will happen largely on-site, across a diverse regional landscape and require collaboration with the market operations team to support timely solutions.
  • Risk Analysis for Operational Compliance: Use data analysis and anecdotal insights to spot trends in Trust & Safety incidents, ensuring adherence to regulations.
  • Policy Improvement: Regularly update policies and develop clear, practical strategies to mitigate risks while enhancing operational compliance.
  • Compliance Training: Lead training initiatives to educate Operator-partners about safety protocols, risk management and both local and regional compliance.
  • Emergency Response Planning: Assist in developing and updating emergency response plans to ensure quick and coordinated action in crisis situations.
  • Compliance Reporting: Create comprehensive progress reports that highlight operational compliance while identifying areas of success and those needing improvement, ensuring transparency and accountability across teams.

About You:

  • You have 4+ years of relevant experience. You have experience in Trust & Safety, startup operations, or other compliance centric roles within a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
  • You’re an effective communicator. You possess exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging effectively with various stakeholders, from Operators to cross-functional team members.
  • You’re innovative. You're adept at identifying challenges and devising creative, impactful solutions. You thrive in dynamic settings and are committed to continuous improvement.
  • You are a team player. You're flexible, resourceful, and ready to contribute to a range of projects. Your cooperative spirit and commitment to the team's success drive you to go above and beyond in your role.
  • You’re analytical. Your decision-making is rooted in data. You're skilled in analyzing performance metrics to guide strategy and have experience with data visualization tools and SQL.
  • You’re based in Argentina or Mexico, and are ready to travel. You have extensive experience living and working in Argentina or Mexico, but are also able to spend 50-75% of your time on the road to drive growth in your region.
