JOB DESCRIPTION

Issue tickets that cannot be processed by automated ticketing following all industry rules and regulations

Make certain that all airline specific and client specific entries are included

Work with and coach agents regarding records with missing or incorrect entries

Manage the unused ticket process verifying that unused tickets are routed correctly to profiles and distribute the unused ticket reports

Manage the exception process, obtain and track waivers

Manage the name change process for key accounts Conduct research on ticketing and operations questions

BE AN INTEGRAL PART OF THE OPERATIONS LEADERSHIP TEAM

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS

At least 5 years ticketing experience on Travelport Worldspan

MS Office proficient

Sabre and Travelport + experience a plus

Prior experience with automated QC programs desired but not required

Prior experience with Unused Ticketing Programs desired but not required
