About This Opportunity

CTI Staffing is partnering with a large global manufacturing organization to find a Microsoft 365 Copilot & Excel Training Facilitator for a fully remote, 5-week engagement.

The organization is rolling out Microsoft 365 Copilot and wants its people using it well from day one. You'll work alongside a technical architect to design and lead a focused series of live workshops that take users from Copilot basics to advanced data analysis in Excel.

What You'll Do

• Design and deliver up to 20 live virtual workshops on Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot in Excel
  
• Build content covering Copilot fundamentals, Microsoft 365 Copilot features, and Researcher tools
  
• Teach participants to analyze and visualize data in Excel using natural-language prompts
  
• Lead advanced Excel sessions on complex use cases and large datasets
  
• Run office hours and Q&A sessions to support participants between workshops
  
• Partner with the project architect on content, sequencing, and delivery
  
• Create handouts and training materials participants can keep using
  
• Track attendance and collect participant feedback
  

Requirements

What You Bring

Must-Have:

• 3+ years of professional training delivery or instructional design experience
  
• Hands-on experience delivering Microsoft 365 Copilot training to business users
  
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including large datasets, PivotTables, and complex formulas
  
• Practical experience using Copilot in Excel for analysis and visualization
  
• Strong live virtual facilitation skills in Microsoft Teams or similar platforms
  
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences
  
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  
• US Citizen or Green Card holder; this is a W2 position
  

Nice-to-Have:

• Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) credential
  
• Microsoft 365 or Copilot-related certifications
  
• Experience supporting enterprise AI adoption or change management programs
  
• Experience training manufacturing, finance, or operations teams
  
• Power Query or Python in Excel experience
  

Technical Environment:

• Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot in Excel, Researcher
  
• Microsoft Excel, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint
  

What Success Looks Like:

• All workshops delivered on schedule with strong participant feedback
  
• Participants using Copilot in Excel for real analysis tasks by the end of the program
  
• Reusable training materials in place
