Position Summary
Titan International Inc. is a leading manufacturer and distributor of specialty tires, wheels, and assemblies serving the agriculture, construction, industrial, outdoor power equipment, powersports, and trailer markets.
The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for managing all sales and business development activities within the assigned Eastern Canada territory. Reporting to the Director of Sales, Canada, this role is accountable for driving profitable growth, developing strategic customer relationships, expanding market share, and delivering best-in-class customer support across Titan International’s distribution, dealer, and OEM channels.
The successful candidate will bring a customer-focused approach, strong business acumen, and a proven ability to manage territory performance through effective account management, planning, forecasting, and execution.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Territory Development
Develop and execute an annual territory business plan designed to achieve sales, profit, and market share objectives.
Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
Drive growth through distribution partners, dealers, retailers, and OEM accounts.
Execute company sales programs, promotions, and strategic initiatives.
Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators.
Account Management
Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with key customer decision-makers.
Conduct regular customer visits and business reviews to identify opportunities and address challenges.
Provide product recommendations and business solutions that align with customer needs.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and responsiveness.
Market & Product Expertise
Develop a thorough understanding of Titan’s specialty tire and wheel portfolio.
Educate customers on new products, programs, and market opportunities.
Monitor competitive products, pricing, promotions, and market activity.
Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to the sales and product management teams.
Business Planning & Reporting
Prepare accurate sales forecasts and territory performance reports.
Analyze sales trends, opportunities, and customer performance.
Manage territory expenses in accordance with company guidelines.
Maintain accurate account and opportunity information within CRM systems.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Customer Service, Operations, Product Management, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to support customer success.
Assist with product launches, trade shows, customer events, and industry activities.
Communicate customer requirements and market opportunities to internal stakeholders.

QualificationsQualifications
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, Agriculture, Automotive, Industrial Distribution, or a related field preferred.
Equivalent experience will be considered.
Experience
Minimum 5 years of successful territory sales, account management, or business development experience.
Experience within the specialty tire, wheel, automotive aftermarket, powersports, trailer, agriculture, industrial equipment, or related industries strongly preferred.
Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and growing customer accounts.
Experience working with distributors, dealers, and OEM customers.
Skills & Competencies
Excellent relationship-building and customer management skills.
Strong knowledge of JD Edwards software and experience.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication abilities.
Proven ability to work independently and manage a geographically dispersed territory.
Strong analytical, planning, and forecasting skills.
Self-motivated and results-oriented.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Language Requirements
Fully bilingual in English and French (written and verbal).
Working Conditions
Remote/home-based position located within the province of Quebec
Travel throughout Eastern Canada up to 50% maybe required
Occasional travel within North America for meetings, training, and trade events.
Valid driver's license, passport and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
