About the role

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Territory Sales Manager to oversee sales performance, expand market share, and build strong customer relationships within an assigned geographic region. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving revenue targets, developing growth strategies, and acting as the primary point of contact for clients and prospects in their territory.

 

Essential Duties and responsibilities

Sales Execution

  • Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales goals.

  • Develop and implement strategic territory business plans aligned with company objectives.

  • Prospect, identify, and close new business opportunities.

  • Manage and expand relationships with existing accounts to increase product adoption and revenue growth.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary contact for healthcare providers, clinics, and key stakeholders in the territory.

  • Conduct sales calls, product presentations, and follow-up visits to drive adoption.

  • Provide consultative support, addressing client needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Market Development & Intelligence

  • Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities.

  • Collaborate with marketing and clinical teams to execute targeted campaigns and initiatives.

  • Represent the company at regional conferences, trade shows, and networking events.

Reporting & Administration

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions using CRM software.

  • Provide timely reports, forecasts, and territory performance updates to management.

We are looking for someone who has

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred).

  • 1-2 years of successful sales experience, ideally in medical devices, healthcare, or B2B sales.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory.

  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Work environment
Travel is required 3-5 days a week and can include overnights. Travel includes driving to and from Medical Offices and Universities. Flying domestically on a regular basis. International travel may be 2-4 times per year.
