Position Summary
The Territory Sales Executive is responsible for sales activities for all potential ASPEN by Charter Software accounts within a specific, named geography.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve a minimum of 10 new customers annually in assigned territory
- Conduct high-level overview demonstrations with prospects and customers
- Manage all new sale and full system upgrade deals within territory; conduct outbound calls and meaningful engagement meetings with competitive prospects
- Prospect by phone and in person to develop 5 new self-generated qualified leads per month (exclusive of Marketing & BDR leads)
- Conduct at least 12 qualified demos per month (remote/virtual if required)
- Maintain 100% compliance with usage of tools such as CRM, Quoting tools, etc. (including updating all customer fields and logging activities in SFDC)
- Attend required meetings, events, and tradeshows as required or volunteered
Required Qualifications
- 5-10 years of direct sales experience with a track record of success, preferably in the software industry
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with a CRM to track sales information
- Dealership experience is a huge asset

Salary Range:
The estimated base salary range for this role is USD$58,500.00 - USD$71,500.00 per year. We include salary ranges in job postings only where required by applicable pay transparency laws, based on the jurisdictions in which the role may be performed. The posted range is a good faith estimate and reflects factors that are subject to change. Final offer amounts may vary based on job-related factors, including work location, candidate experience and expertise, and other relevant considerations.
Other Compensation (US Only):
This role will also be eligible for participation in a Company profit sharing bonus plan. Sales positions may be eligible to participate in the business commission plan. Plan details will be provided to you upon hire.
Full time employees will also be eligible for enrollment in a wide range of choices of benefits , including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, short/long term disability, 401(k) participation (with company match).
The Company provides a minimum of 10 days of vacation for new employees , sick time based on state requirements, 8 Company-paid holidays and 2 personal holidays per year.
