About the Role:
Snapscale is seeking a qualified Tele-Ophthalmologist to provide remote clinical support for a U.S.-based healthcare practice. Key Responsibilities:
- Review patient medical charts and ophthalmology records for completeness and accuracy
- Evaluate relevant diagnoses, treatment history, medications, test results, imaging, and other clinical information
- Identify missing, inconsistent, or incomplete information that may require follow-up
- Provide appropriate clinical input based on the information available in the patient's medical record
- Ensure medical documentation is accurate, organized, and compliant with clinic standards
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams regarding chart-related concerns
- Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and applicable healthcare regulations
- Complete chart reviews accurately and within established turnaround times

Requirements
- Must be a licensed Ophthalmologist
- Valid and active professional license appropriate for the required scope of practice
