As a part of Online Marketing, the Performance Marketing team does everything it can to increase traffic to our online marketplaces and convert it into sales. Advertising measures are performance-orientated and are optimised towards specific KPIs via data analysis.

Aufgaben

Your tasks - this is what awaits you in detail

• You lead our Search team and support the team's growth through regular feedback and development conversations
• You translate our company goals and OKRs into clear team goals, defining the strategies and actions needed to reach them
• You drive the continuous development of our Search area. This includes campaign structure, bidding strategies, automation, and new trends like AI-driven developments and Search campaign innovations like AI Max
• You oversee our account setup across different storefronts and use tools like Search Ads 360 to manage this. You make sure our account and campaign structure stays scalable and efficient as we grow
• You initiate and lead cross-team projects, especially around automation and marketing technology. You coordinate everyone involved and act as the driving force behind these projects
• You build regular reports using common BI and analytics tools. You turn results into clear, actionable next steps
• You help build and improve processes around automation, scripts, and structured testing within the team

Profil

Your profile - this is what we expect from you

• You successfully completed a technical, scientific or economics degree 
• You have experience in leadership as well as dealing with complex Search Ads accounts in an e-commerce setting
• You are up-to-date with the relevant online marketing tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Tableau, BigQuery...) and PPC advertising tools (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Search Ads 360), as you use them regularly
• You understand what scripts and automation can do for SEA processes, and know how to translate that potential into concrete actions for your team
• You are GenAI savvy (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude) and bring your own use cases to the table
• You have an excellent grasp of mathematical, analytical and technical subjects, complemented by the structured, reliable and independent way that you get work done
• You are fluent in English (C1) and German language skills are a plus
