Oversee autonomous recruiting agents by monitoring candidate conversations, intervening in high-stakes situations, reviewing and labeling outputs, and auditing matches, outreach, and conversion metrics. Manage final-stage candidate conversations and offers, support placements, and document operating procedures and playbooks for human-agent collaboration.
Join an early-stage AI recruiting team as the human operator overseeing autonomous talent agents. You will monitor agent work, step in where judgment matters, and help define effective human-AI recruiting operations as the team grows.
Monitor candidate conversations and intervene when agents make errors or need human judgment.
Handle senior-candidate conversations, objections, compensation discussions, and other high-stakes moments.
Review agent outputs, label quality, and provide examples and feedback to improve performance.
Audit candidate matches, outreach quality, and recruiting conversion metrics.
Guide candidates through final stages, manage offers, and support successful placements.
Document effective practices, create operating procedures, and build playbooks for human-agent collaboration.
At least 2 years of talent operations, recruiting, or sourcing experience at early-stage technology startups.
Hands-on experience using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar to evaluate outputs, identify errors, and assess capabilities and limitations.
Experience closing placements and managing final-stage candidate conversations, including offer negotiation and objection handling.
Ability to use recruiting KPIs, dashboards, experiments, or conversion analysis to guide decisions.
Experience labeling outputs or giving feedback to improve AI, machine learning, or agent performance.
Experience collaborating with product, engineering, and leadership teams, and documenting processes or operational playbooks.
Familiarity with TypeScript or JavaScript, Python, React, Node.js, PostgreSQL, or Supabase is helpful.
Competitive base compensation with uncapped, performance-based pay tied to placements. Equity grants may be available based on performance. Health insurance and visa sponsorship are available.
Hybrid role based in San Francisco, California. Remote work is also listed as an eligible arrangement for candidates in the United States.
