What You’ll Do 

As a Talent Acquisition Partner II, you’ll own the recruitment process for assigned positions and locations while developing strong partnerships with candidates, hiring leaders, and the communities we serve. 

You will: 

• Manage full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing and initial candidate engagement through interviews, offers, and hiring. 
• Deliver a positive and professional candidate experience through timely communication and consistent follow-through. 
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand staffing priorities and develop effective recruiting strategies. 
• Source and engage qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, community partnerships, and other recruiting channels. 
• Develop sustainable talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. 
• Build relationships with colleges, universities, community organizations, employment agencies, and other local partners. 
• Plan, coordinate, and participate in hiring events, career fairs, campus events, and networking opportunities. 
• Stay informed about recruiting trends, candidate behavior, market conditions, and sourcing strategies. 
• Screen and present candidates whose experience, skills, availability, and qualifications align with position requirements. 
• Partner with hiring managers regularly to review candidate pipelines, hiring needs, interview activity, and recruitment progress. 
• Post and maintain requisitions across appropriate job boards and recruiting platforms. 
• Manage multiple requisitions and priorities while meeting established hiring goals and timelines. 
• Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment activity within the applicant tracking system. 
• Follow established recruitment processes and ensure compliance throughout the hiring process. 
• Identify opportunities to improve recruiting strategies, candidate engagement, and hiring outcomes. 

What We’re Looking For  

Required Qualifications 

• High school diploma or equivalent. 
• Minimum of 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience. 
• Experience developing strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders. 
• Ability to quickly build rapport with candidates and hiring leaders. 
• Ability to take a consultative approach and provide hiring managers with guidance on recruiting best practices. 
• Strong verbal and written communication skills. 
• Strong organization and time-management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities. 
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently while contributing to a collaborative team. 
• Professional, positive, and solutions-focused approach. 
• Demonstrated ability to drive results and follow through on commitments. 

Additional Experience We Value 

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. 
• High-volume recruiting experience. 
• Experience recruiting within Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), behavioral health, healthcare, human services, or a related field. 
• Experience with recruitment events, community partnerships, or campus recruiting. 
• Experience using applicant tracking systems, job boards, and sourcing platforms.
