Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Part-Time Contractor)

The Opportunity
We are seeking a detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our People Operations team on a part-time contract basis. In this role, you will help keep our hiring process organized, responsive, and professional from first contact through offer. This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiting professional looking for flexible, remote work with a high-impact team.

Scope of Work

• Coordinate and schedule interviews across candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels
• Manage candidate communications, including confirmations, reminders, and status updates
• Maintain accurate candidate records and pipeline data in our applicant tracking system
• Post and refresh job openings across job boards and social channels
• Collect interview feedback and scorecards to support timely hiring decisions
• Assist with offer letter preparation and pre-hire documentation
• Support a positive, consistent candidate experience that reflects the Assembly brand

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition, or HR support
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (experience with [ATS name] a plus)
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication
• Sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential information
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and virtual meeting tools
• Availability of 20-25 hours per week during standard business hours in eastern time zone
• Experience supporting SaaS or technology hiring is a plus

Engagement Details

• Classification: Independent contractor (1099)
• Schedule: 20-25 hours per week, flexible within core business hours
• Location: Remote, U.S.-based
• Compensation: $30 to $35 per hour, based on experience
