The Talent Acquisition Business Partner is responsible for full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, with a primary focus on BCBA roles. They also partner with HR and hiring managers to manage the onboarding process and ensure compliance with company policies and KPIs.
The TA Business Partner is an exempt role and is part of our Talent Acquisition team. This position provides the highest level of customer service in the following areas: recruitment and sourcing, resume review, phone screens, tracking and organizing data, posting positions on job boards, offer letters and working with Human Resources (HR) and the location team representatives to expedite the onboarding process for new team members. This position will focus primarily on Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) recruitment and some knowledge or experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) would be helpful.Role Details

Responsibilities
Utilize creative thinking skills to develop and implement effective TA sourcing and recruiting plans to hire the right talent at the right time.
Partner with hiring managers to collect relevant position information and prepare/edit job descriptions;
Open job postings in iCIMS ATS;
Perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria using the ATS, networking, internet recruiting resources, social media, university recruiting, personal sourcing and recruiting, and employee referrals;
Develop and run a coherent and sustainable college recruiting strategy. Attend job fairs and college/university recruiting events;
Keep notes on market for BCBA and similar roles; work with supervisors to respond appropriately to threats to applicant and employee pool.
Connect with, pre-screen and interview candidates to obtain information on work history, training, education, job skills, culture fit, and soft skills;
Schedules additional interviews, collaborates with hiring manager to agree on next steps, and extends offers of employment
Manage candidates in the ATS and insure all required documentation is completed prior to transferring to HR/Payroll
Leverage TA performance scorecard to drive continuous improvement of identified KPIs to consistently improve sourcing and recruiting efficiency
Ensure compliance with all legal aspects of the Talent Acquisition function as well as internal compliance of selection and recruitment in accordance with defined policies and procedures;
Work closely with HR, Payroll, and Operations to coordinate pre-start activities and onboarding;
Close roles appropriately to ensure good applicant communications;
Follow up and analyze employee retention over the first 6 months. Revise recruiting and hiring practices to increase likelihood of hiring candidates who will achieve long-term success with BlueSprig; and
Understand and fully comply with laws, regulations, and BlueSprig processes, policies, and procedures.
Qualifications
A motivated, outgoing personality. Must be a self-starter, have a sense of urgency, and a willingness to learn;
Strong verbal and written communications skills;
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience recruiting behavioral health or psychology positions in a fast-paced environment;
Possess strong knowledge of online hiring practices, behavioral-based interviewing and assessment techniques, tracking processes for applicants and open positions d TA performance metrics
Strong knowledge of Talent Acquisition as a function, including best practices and the trends that are affecting it
Previous experience with applicant tracking systems, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word;
Demonstrated organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively with minimal supervision; and
Ability to bend, drive, kneel, crouch, and spend time on your feet as well as an ability to lift items up to 25 lbs on occasion.
