The role involves managing the end-to-end learner administration journey, including processing enrolments, maintaining accurate records, and completing credentialing tasks. You will also be responsible for creating course intakes, reviewing information for discrepancies, and ensuring all activities meet service level agreements.
PeoplePartners is a Great Place to Work® certified company where people come first, great work gets recognised, and careers have room to grow. You’ll get the best of both worlds: the flexibility of working from home and the opportunity to gain valuable global exposure supporting a New Zealand-based client.
We’re big on learning, genuine connection, and creating opportunities for our people to build careers they’re proud of. Bring your skills, your curiosity, and your eye for detail, we’ll give you plenty of room to use them.
Role Overview
Great student experiences don’t just happen in the classroom. Behind every smooth enrolment, accurate learner record, and successfully completed course is someone making sure the details are right.
PeoplePartners is looking for two Student Enrolment & Credentialing Admins to help keep the learner administration journey running smoothly — from enrolment right through to course close-out.
You’ll process enrolments, check learner information, create course intakes, maintain accurate records, and complete credentialing administration. There’s volume, there’s detail, and accuracy matters.
The good news? You don’t need experience with NZ education systems or the client’s specific platforms. If you’re organized, comfortable working with structured information, and can spot a mismatch before it becomes someone else’s headache, this could be right up your alley.
Key Responsibilities:
Process digital and paper-based learner enrolments.
Check learner identity, enrolment, stakeholder, and organization information.
Create course intakes in the Student Management System (SMS).
Assign learners to the correct course intake.
Maintain accurate learner, stakeholder, and organization records.
Review enrolment information for missing details and discrepancies.
Resolve routine issues and escalate discrepancies when required.
Complete enrolment and credentialing administration within agreed service levels and turnaround times.
Complete course close-out and records-management activities.
Save, file, and archive records and maintain processing notes.
Handle personal and confidential learner information in line with privacy and information-security requirements.
Requirements
Required Qualifications (Must-Have):
2+ years of enrollment or credentialing experience (similar experience is welcome).
Experience in student administration, enrolment processing, records administration, credentialing, compliance administration, or a comparable high-volume administrative environment.
Experience using student management systems, CRM/database platforms, or similar structured record-management systems.
Competent user of Microsoft 365, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word.
Experience working with digital records, electronic documents, and cloud-based systems.
Strong systems literacy and ability to learn new software and platforms quickly.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Experience cross-checking information, identifying discrepancies, and maintaining accurate records.
Ability to follow documented processes, procedures, and business rules consistently.
Ability to recognize when an issue needs to be escalated.
Experience managing high volumes of transactional work while maintaining accuracy and meeting turnaround expectations.
Strong communication skills.
Experience appropriately handling personal, sensitive, or confidential information.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a remote team.
Preferred Qualifications (Relevant transferable experience may include):
University, college, or training administration.
HR or payroll.
Healthcare records.
Banking or insurance.
Government administration.
Compliance or quality assurance.
Other regulated and process-driven administrative environments.
Experience with CRM, ERP, HRIS, case-management, student management, or other structured database systems will also be considered transferable.
Candidates who can demonstrate strong experience in data accuracy, record validation, cross-checking information between documents and systems, identifying discrepancies, maintaining confidentiality, and following defined processes are encouraged to apply.
Previous experience with VHNZ systems, Selma, NZQA, or the New Zealand education sector is not required.
