Compensation Snapshot

Employment Type: Independent Contractor

Location: Fully Remote

Time Commitment: Full-Time

Monthly Base Compensation

USD $750–$1,000 per month, depending on your partnership management experience, communication capability, commercial thinking, AI proficiency, and overall alignment with the role.

Performance Incentives

Monthly KPI and performance incentives based on partnership growth, relationship quality, strategic initiatives launched, partner satisfaction, commercial outcomes, and overall business contribution.

About the Role

As our Strategic Partnership Relations Manager, you'll manage the complete partner lifecycle—from onboarding and relationship development through strategic planning, communication, performance reviews, expansion opportunities, and long-term success.

You'll work closely with Executive Leadership, Marketing, Sales, Product, Operations, Customer Success, and external partners to ensure every partnership delivers meaningful value.

This is an AI-first relationship leadership role.

You'll actively leverage AI to improve communication, meeting preparation, documentation, reporting, relationship intelligence, account planning, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

We're looking for an exceptional relationship builder who combines commercial thinking with outstanding communication and professionalism.

You should have:

• 5+ years of experience in Partnerships, Business Development, Account Management, Customer Success, Relationship Management, or Strategic Alliances.
• Demonstrated experience managing executive-level relationships.
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong commercial awareness.
• Excellent organizational capability.
• Experience using CRM platforms.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently within a fully remote environment.

AI-First Relationship Management Experience

We're specifically looking for professionals who actively embrace AI throughout relationship management.
