The position:
At FullStack, we are dedicated to providing top-notch staffing solutions to our clients. Our team is composed of passionate individuals who strive for excellence in every project we undertake. As a growing consultancy, we are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Staffing Support Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of operational and administrative tasks, including but not limited to:
  • Managing and maintaining internal systems of record, including but not limited to HubSpot, internal spreadsheets, and proprietary tools.
  • Inputting client hiring requirements data accurately into HubSpot, ensuring all information is up-to-date and aligned with client needs.
  • Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities, and ensuring accuracy of output.
  • Developing and maintaining candidate profiles for presentation to clients, ensuring accuracy and relevance to client requirements.
  • Delivering informational and technical materials to clients and the Recruiting team.
  • Collaborating closely with the Customer Success Team and Sales to ensure seamless coverage of positions.
  • Coordinating staffing needs with other departments such as Sales, Recruiting, and Client Success.
  • Liaising with Sales to understand client requirements and timelines.
  • Working closely with the Recruiting team to match candidates with available positions.
  • Collaborating with the Client Success Team to address client staffing needs and ensure client satisfaction.


What We're Looking For:
  • 1+ years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or an administrative role.
  • Advanced English is required.
  • Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
  • Demonstrated experience in understanding IT terminology, processes, and systems to effectively communicate with technical teams and troubleshoot staffing software or platform issues.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated commitment to accuracy and precision in work.
  • Proficient computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and Google Suite.
  • Proven track record of using lists and reminders to effectively manage tasks.
  • Availability to work full-time, 40 hours per week.
