About Paired

Paired is a global staffing and recruiting agency that specializes in pairing remote work with top-tier talent!

We are dedicated to connecting talented individuals with remarkable companies in need of their skills. Our goal is to create fulfilling job opportunities for professionals around the world.

Our Client
Is a fast-growing DTC cordless power tool brand generating approximately $1M+ in monthly revenue with an 8-figure run rate. They're a profitable, founder- and product-led company with a small, highly capable remote team across the US, UK, China, and the Philippines.

Their product team includes engineers with backgrounds at Dyson, and we have multiple new product and brand launches planned as we continue to scale.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Influencer Partnerships Manager to build, manage, and scale our influencer marketing function.

This is an ownership-driven role for someone who understands the DTC landscape, has experience working with established 7-figure brands, and knows how to turn influencer relationships into measurable business growth.

You will be responsible for developing and executing influencer acquisition and partnership strategies, identifying relevant creators, negotiating collaborations, managing ongoing relationships, and building a scalable influencer network.

This is not an entry-level coordination position. We are looking for someone who can independently own the function, bring strategic ideas to the table, and potentially grow into a Head of Influencer Marketing position as the department expands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Influencer Strategy: Develop and own the influencer marketing strategy, aligned with the company's growth and brand objectives.
  • Influencer Outreach & Acquisition: Identify, research, approach, and build relationships with relevant influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors.
  • Partnership Management: Own the full partnership lifecycle, from initial outreach and negotiations to campaign execution, relationship management, and performance evaluation.
  • Creator Network Development: Build and maintain a strong network of creators, developing long-term partnerships rather than relying exclusively on one-off collaborations.
  • Campaign Management: Coordinate influencer campaigns, manage deliverables, timelines, agreements, and ensure content aligns with brand expectations.
  • Performance & Reporting: Track campaign performance and evaluate key metrics such as reach, engagement, conversions, CAC, and attributed revenue where applicable.
  • Tools & Platforms: Leverage influencer marketing platforms such as Influencers Hero and Trybe to streamline creator discovery, outreach, campaign management, and reporting.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the broader marketing team to align influencer initiatives with paid social, organic marketing, and overall brand strategy.
  • Department Ownership: Establish processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and eventually help build and lead the influencer marketing function.

Requirements

  • Mandatory DTC/eCommerce experience, with established 7-figure brands.
  • Proven experience managing influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or influencer acquisition at a strategic level.
  • Experience independently owning influencer campaigns and partnership pipelines from start to finish.
  • Strong understanding of the DTC ecosystem, including customer acquisition, brand awareness, conversion, and performance-driven marketing.
  • Experience negotiating influencer deals, managing budgets, and building long-term creator relationships.
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms such as Influencers Hero, Trybe, or similar tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to evaluate influencer performance beyond vanity metrics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership, and build processes without requiring constant supervision.
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Overlapping fully with EU hours

Nice to Have

  • Experience building an influencer marketing department or creator partnership function from the ground up.
  • Exposure to affiliate marketing, ambassador programs, UGC, and creator-led acquisition.
  • Experience collaborating with paid media teams to turn influencer-generated content into performance marketing assets.
  • Previous experience leading a team or managing external agencies and freelancers

What We're Looking For

  • We are looking for a commercially minded influencer marketing professional who combines relationship-building skills with strategic and analytical thinking.
  • The ideal candidate is someone who has already worked with established DTC brands, understands what makes influencer partnerships successful, and can take full ownership of this function.
  • We value people who are proactive, resourceful, comfortable making decisions, and excited about building something long-term.
  • This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of an entire marketing function, with potential growth into a Head of Influencer Marketing position

Benefits

  • Competitive compensation depending on location and experience
  • Performance bonus tied to launch KPIs.
  • Fully remote work
  • Flexible hours with availability during US/UK overlap, contractor role.
  • Direct exposure to and collaboration with the founder.
  • Significant ownership and autonomy.
  • A fast-moving environment where execution and impact are highly visible.
  • Potential path toward Head of Operations as the company continues to grow.
  • Potential additional long-term incentives may be discussed for exceptional performers as they establish themselves in the role.
