The Regional AOS Solution Design Manager manages the Air & Ocean Solutions pipeline and leads solution design activities to support regional growth. This role partners with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize supply chain solutions while serving as the regional subject matter expert for the Infor Nexus platform.

Salary Range: $162,415 - $194,899, plus eligible discretionary bonus
Location: Remote within NORTAM
YOUR ROLE
The Regional AOS Solution Design Manager is responsible for supporting regional growth objectives by managing the Air & Ocean Solutions (AOS) pipeline, leading solution design activities, and serving as the regional Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Supply Chain Management platform (currently Infor Nexus). This role partners closely with Business Development, Operations, Trade Management, Product Teams, and customers to develop, implement, and optimize complex supply chain solutions that drive customer value and business growth.
The position plays a critical role throughout the customer lifecycle, including solution development, customer presentations, implementation management, onboarding, training, operational support, and continuous improvement initiatives.
