The Implementation Engineer supports the setup of new clients and facilities by managing layouts, tracking capital investments, and implementing LEAN standards. They collaborate with project teams and local operations to ensure facility readiness and process optimization are completed on time and within budget.

Develop competitive pricing models and financial analyses to support profitable contract logistics solutions. Collaborate with sales, finance, and operations teams to evaluate customer requirements and maintain pricing standards.

Lead the Investment and Contract Approval Process (ICAP) for Europe to ensure financial rigor and compliance. Oversee capital investment and contract approvals while driving process improvements and providing technical guidance to regional teams.
