This role requires collaboration across teams to ensure our social media presence is seamlessly integrated with our overarching brand voice and campaign strategies, reporting directly to the Content Director.

Requirements

• Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy to enhance online presence and marketing efforts.
• Manage and oversee social media content across platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest.
• Regularly interact with the community to gather insights, increase engagement, and foster brand loyalty.
• Work closely with internal and external teams to ensure social media activities align with the brand's tone and campaign strategies.
• Manage UGC searching and permissions, ensuring all shared content meets brand standards.
• Execute both proactive and reactive community management strategies on and off brand channels.
• Report and analyze brand themes, community insights, and KPI metrics to guide future strategies.
• Own the scheduling, posting, and commenting across all Organic Social Media channels.

The salary range for this position is $50,000.00 - $60,000.00. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
