Job Description: You’ll join a dynamic marketing team where your expertise will directly impact brand growth across multiple finance brands. Working closely with an experienced marketing manager, you’ll transform content strategies into engaging social media campaigns while managing comprehensive marketing operations. This role offers excellent exposure to diverse marketing channels and the opportunity to showcase your creative and analytical skills in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule, publish, and manage content across LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram platforms
  • Repurpose existing content by transforming blogs into multiple social media posts and converting emails into engaging social content
  • Create compelling visual assets using Canva including social media templates, email banners, and YouTube thumbnails
  • Edit long-form videos into engaging social media clips for promotional campaigns
  • Develop YouTube captions and outros to maximize video engagement
  • Manage CRM platforms including copy uploads and lead magnet follow-up processes
  • Extract and organize Google Analytics data into performance tracking spreadsheets
  • Create ad creatives and imagery for advertising campaigns across multiple channels
  • Conduct competitor research and market analysis to inform content strategies
  • Update and maintain comprehensive marketing performance metrics and reporting.


Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media marketing and content creation across LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram
  • Proficiency with Canva for visual design and template creation
  • Video editing skills for creating social media clips from longer content
  • Experience with CRM platforms and lead management systems
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and performance tracking methodologies
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple brand campaigns simultaneously
  • Bonus if you have experience in finance or B2B marketing
  • It helps if you’re familiar with email marketing platforms and automation tools
