A day in the life:

  • We are looking for a Social Media Manager to join our fast growing team in an exciting category and take their career to the next level. Reporting to the Brand Director, you will work closely with the marketing, creative and merchandising team to help plan and implement the company’s eCommerce social media marketing strategy.  

    One of the challenges our partner faces is implementing a unique and creative social media campaign strategy, so if you jump on board you will be making a big difference!

    At the moment one of their co-founders is juggling this role amongst many others so the person coming in will bring much needed structure, organization, creativity and professionalism to the role and allow the co-founder to continue developing innovative products that's inline with our mission.


  • Collaborate with the Brand Director to develop a social media marketing calendar that includes seasonal campaigns, product launches, sales and promotional activities
  • Build strong cross-functional working relationships with marketing, creative and influencer marketing team to plan and execute all marketing calendar activities
  • Translate marketing campaign requirements and execute a content calendar
  • Ensuring seamless cross-department communication with product arrivals, creative shoots, marketing campaign assets, timelines and milestones. 
  • Creating content on skincare and posting on social media

Role Requirements:

  • Strong passion for Skincare and social media
  • Great planning and time management skills with attention to detail
  • You are creative, resourceful, able to act independently and bring fresh ideas to the category
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment, while also bringing structure
  • 2+ years of relevant social media management experience with Instagram and Tiktok, experience with YouTube and Pinterest is a bonus.
  • Some experience with project management tools like Notion, Basecamp, Clickup or Monday but not required
  • Google Sheets and Google Docs experience is preferred, but not required
