Social Media Content & Marketing Virtual Assistant
About the Client
An SEO and digital marketing professional who helps automotive and ecommerce brands improve their online visibility, connect with their target audiences, and drive measurable business growth.
Her work focuses on strategic SEO, website architecture, technical SEO, search visibility, AI search optimization, and improving how websites support customer buying behavior and revenue generation.
Ivy works with businesses that already have marketing teams but need deeper SEO expertise to identify opportunities, overcome technical limitations, and turn organic search performance into meaningful business results.
She is looking for a creative, reliable, and collaborative Virtual Assistant who can support her social media content efforts, maintain a consistent brand presence, and free up her time to focus on client work and business growth.
Position Overview
The Social Media Content & Marketing Virtual Assistant will support the client's content creation and publishing activities, primarily for LinkedIn and Instagram.
The ideal candidate enjoys writing, creating simple and engaging visual content, and helping a business communicate its expertise online. The initial focus will be on producing and publishing approximately 2–3 social media posts per week, or 8–12 posts per month. The role may gradually expand to include light email marketing support, project coordination, and assistance with online workshops or training sessions as needed.
This is a hands-on execution role, with an emphasis on content quality, consistency, organization, and collaboration.

When needed, the VA may assist with:
