Sitecore Marketing Manager

100% Remote

Upto $37/Hr on W2

About the role:

The Sitecore Contractor will focus on content production, optimization, and maintenance for the CP & ESG Division within our global region, multi-business-unit web environment.

Working with stakeholders throughout the Division and leveraging a combination of technical knowledge, creative and marketing skills, the Sitecore Contractor will format new content for publishing on the site and will be responsible for reviewing existing pages to ensure a consistent presentation within the site's information architecture.

This role will responsible for quality assurance on new and existing pages managed across the division, including products, articles, events, campaigns, and more.

In addition, the Sitecore Contractor will play an active role in the management and application of the site's taxonomy, ensuring content is appropriately tagged to dynamically display, where needed.

Working with other members of the digital marketing team, the Sitecore Contractor's duties will also intersect with personalization, analytics, search optimization, A/B testing, and marketing automation.

This role requires specific experience with Sitecore CMS, thorough knowledge of web design concepts, quality content writing, and contemporary web marketing strategies.

The successful candidate must be detail-oriented, possess strong time-management skills to deliver projects on given deadlines, and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

A passion for testing, learning, and optimizing content and user experience is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Production of new web pages and content, including products, articles, events, campaigns
  • Quality assurance for content created by contributors across the division, to ensure consistent presentation and appropriate taxonomy
  • Ongoing reviews of existing web content to ensure relevancy
  • Tracking and remediation of errors, broken links, and issues across divisional content
  • Implementation and tracking of personalization and A/B testing initiatives
  • Oversight of divisional taxonomy to ensure consistency and accuracy
  • Manage divisional support site to assist business users with website questions
  • Participate in communication initiatives that extend beyond direct responsibilities
  • Be flexible, proactive, and a creative team player

Minimum Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, English, or related field preferred, or equivalent communications experience.

Required Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of website content management experience, preferably in a global organization
  • Experience working with Sitecore
  • Experience using ContentHub preferred, but not required
  • Experience with Google Webmaster Tools and Google Analytics

Preferred Experience, Knowledge & Abilities:

  • Experience in a tech company a plus
  • Organized self-starter, attention to detail and follow-through
  • Team player; happiest when doing, not delegating. Minimum 2 years of website content management experience, preferably in a global organization
  • Experience working with Sitecore
  • Experience using ContentHub preferred, but not required
  • Experience with Google Webmaster Tools and Google Analytics
