At Dayforce, you'll help some of the world's most recognised organisations rethink how they get things done. From discovery workshops to solution design, testing and go-live, you'll partner with customers to solve complex business challenges and deliver lasting value. 

Some days you'll be facilitating workshops with senior leaders and SMEs. Other days you'll be collaborating with project teams to design the right solution, helping customers navigate testing, or celebrating a successful go-live. Every project is different, and that's exactly what keeps consulting exciting. 

What you'll actually be doing 

You'll lead one or more customer workstreams, balancing multiple projects while becoming a trusted partner to the organisations you support. 

Some weeks you'll spend time facilitating workshops, asking questions, challenging assumptions and helping business leaders design better ways of working. 

Other weeks you'll be configuring solutions, supporting testing, solving complex problems with your project team or preparing customers for a successful go-live. 

Along the way, you'll: 

• Translate business challenges into scalable Dayforce solutions that balance customer needs with product capabilities. 
• Build it, break it, make it better and hand over something to the customer’s team that can actually run without your expertise.
• Work closely with Project Managers to spot risks early, keep delivery moving and help projects stay one step ahead.
• Guide customers through testing and validation, making sure solutions are ready for the real world before they go live.
• Use AI responsibly to reduce repetitive tasks, improve documentation, accelerate analysis and spend more time where your expertise has the greatest impact.
• Share your experience, mentor colleagues and help us continually improve the way we deliver consulting across Dayforce.
• Build deep expertise in your specialist areas while broadening your knowledge across the wider Dayforce platform. Around here, learning doesn't stop once you've earned your certifications.
• Treat customer data securely and responsibly - accessing only what the work requires, handling it with respect, and applying the same care our customers expect of us.

Alongside that mindset, you'll also bring: 

• At least two years' experience delivering customer-facing consulting engagements within enterprise Software as a Service (SaaS) or Human Capital Management (HCM).
• Experience implementing Dayforce (preferred) or platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, UKG/Kronos, PeopleSoft or similar cloud HCM solutions.
• Experience managing multiple customer engagements while delivering consistently high-quality work.
• Strong consulting, facilitation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build credibility quickly and influence conversations from project teams through to executive leadership.
• Excellent communication, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the confidence to simplify complexity and guide customers towards better outcomes.
• A collaborative mindset and a genuine passion for learning, mentoring and helping others succeed.
• The flexibility to travel across the EMEA region supporting projects as required.

Experience with reporting, analytics, SQL, XML, APIs or certifications across Payroll, Workforce Management, Core HR, Benefits or other Dayforce modules would be an advantage, but we're just as interested in your consulting mindset as your technical toolkit.
