The Senior Vice President will lead SIU compliance and investigative operations while setting strategic direction to ensure regulatory readiness and business impact. They will also partner with executive leadership to drive growth, manage high-performing teams, and represent the organization to key stakeholders.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Senior Vice President, SIU Compliance & Investigations is an executive leader responsible for advancing SIU compliance, investigative operations, and client service strategy. This role sets operational direction, strengthens regulatory readiness, drives performance, and partners across the organization to expand capabilities, improve execution, and support profitable growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Set strategic direction for SIU compliance and investigative operations, ensuring disciplined execution, service excellence, and measurable business impact.
Build, lead, and develop high-performing investigative teams through effective workforce planning, leadership development, accountability, and operational rigor.
Drive performance against revenue, productivity, turnaround time, quality, and client service objectives.
Oversee SIU compliance programs, including anti-fraud plans, regulatory reporting, mandatory referrals, annual submissions, and state-specific fraud prevention requirements.
Anticipate regulatory, operational, and client risks; implement controls and process improvements that strengthen compliance and execution.
Partner with executive leadership, sales, account management, and operations to identify growth opportunities, deepen client relationships, and expand service offerings.
Represent the organization as a senior subject matter expert with carriers, TPAs, self-insured clients, legal partners, regulators, and industry stakeholders.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree and 15+ years of leadership experience in investigations, insurance SIU, compliance, operations, or a related field.
7+ years leading managers, investigative teams, or complex operational functions.
Deep knowledge of SIU compliance, claims investigations, anti-fraud programs, regulatory reporting, and insurance fraud prevention requirements.
Proven ability to translate strategy into execution, manage performance, and drive accountability against business objectives.
Executive-level communication, client relationship management, operational discipline, and business development capability.
Sound judgment, discretion, and executive presence in a fast-paced, confidential, and highly regulated environment.
Background designing compliance controls, anti-fraud plans, regulatory reporting processes, training programs, or operating standards.
Track record supporting proposals, contract strategy, service expansion, and strategic client growth.
