Role

As an Account Executive at Newcode, you will drive the growth and success of our AI solutions within the legal and professional services markets. You will be responsible for building relationships with customers, understanding their unique challenges, and presenting AI-powered solutions that improve workflows, increase productivity, and transform how legal professionals work.

This role requires someone who can combine strong sales execution with a consultative approach—someone who enjoys understanding customer needs, communicating the value of innovative technology, and partnering with customers throughout their AI adoption journey.

As one of the early members of our UK commercial team, you will play a key role in helping establish and scale Newcode's presence in the UK market.

What You'll Do

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through product demonstrations, contracting, onboarding, and expansion.
• Build and manage a pipeline through outbound prospecting, inbound opportunities, networking, and relationship building.
• Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders by understanding their business challenges and aligning Newcode’s solutions with their goals.
• Conduct tailored product demonstrations and evaluations that showcase the value and impact of Newcode’s AI solutions.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Legal Engineering, and Marketing to incorporate customer feedback and deliver successful outcomes.
• Achieve and exceed revenue goals while maintaining a strong focus on customer experience.
• Manage pipeline forecasting, CRM hygiene, and sales performance metrics.
• Help develop Newcode’s sales processes, messaging, and go-to-market strategy as we continue to scale.
• Represent Newcode at customer meetings, industry events, and other market-facing opportunities.

Requirements

Must Have

• 7+ years proven track record selling SaaS legal tech to law firms in a start up environment
• Experience independently managing a sales cycle from initial outreach through close
• Familiarity with generative AI, large language models, or AI-powered business applications.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to clearly communicate the value of AI-powered solutions and translate technical concepts into business outcomes.
• Strong organizational skills with experience managing pipeline, forecasting, and CRM systems.
• A self-starter mindset with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and work closely with teams across the organization.
• Passion for AI and interest in helping transform how legal professionals work.
