Senior/ Specialist, E-Commerce Marketing (Amazon Campaigns & Promotions)

Mission of the role: This role is responsible for driving our revenue growth through expert campaign and promotion planning across all four brands (Simple Promise, 5th & Glow, N-Labs, and 7th Manna). The Specialist will focus on optimizing conversions through data-driven insights, developing and executing robust promotional strategies, and working closely with our Operations and PPC teams to ensure flawless high and low-level execution. This person will act as the analytical engine for our campaigns, processing complex data to discern winning strategies from underperforming ones, and guiding the brands toward sustainable, high-impact growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Promotions & Campaigns

• Promotions Planning & Execution: Take full ownership of developing and executing promotional strategies and campaigns. Coordinate seamlessly with the Operations and PPC teams to ensure all promo strategies and executions are carried out accurately and on time.
  
• Data-Driven Insights & Analytics: Process and analyze campaign data and key e-commerce metrics (e.g., ROAS, ACOS, TACoS). Exercise strong analytical judgment to discern "what is good and what is bad" in campaign performance, providing actionable insights to optimize overall spend and ROI.
  

Merchandising & Content Execution

• Content Optimization: Optimize and update keywords (KWs), product descriptions, image assets, and A+ content to maximize organic ranking and conversions.
  
• Listings Management: Create fully optimized new listings for new product launches and update existing listings where needed.
  
• Inventory Management & Transparency Program: Manage inventory replenishment, ensuring stock levels are optimal, discrepancies are resolved, and oversee Amazon's Transparency Program to prevent unauthorized sellers.
  
• Competitor Benchmarking: Continuously track competitor content (ads, videos, images, etc.) and benchmark competitor SKU prices to maintain our competitive edge.
  
• Collaboration & Trend Identification: Identify current trends in e-commerce content. Work closely with the Affiliates team to identify winning external content and mirror those strategies onto our Amazon listings.
  

Cross-Functional & Strategic Support

• Cross-Team Collaboration: Act as the central hub between Marketing, Operations, and PPC teams. Align stakeholders on campaign strategies, improve cross-departmental execution processes, and ensure all teams are synchronized for major promotions across all brands.
  
• Reporting & Analytics: Maintain, generate, and present detailed reports on promotional and campaign performance metrics to stakeholders, driving strategic decision-making.

Key Skills / Experience Required:

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  
• Experience: At least 3 years in eCommerce or Digital Marketing, with a strong focus on the Amazon marketplace.
  
• Campaign & Promotion Management: Proven ability to plan, launch, and manage e-commerce promotional campaigns, coordinating with various teams to ensure successful execution.
  
• Analytical & Strategic Insight: Exceptional analytical skills. Must be highly capable of processing raw data, identifying trends, and discerning successful tactics from underperforming ones to drive future strategy.
  
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Experience collaborating with operations, advertising (PPC), and creative teams to bring campaigns to life.
  
• Tools Proficiency: Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP), and data analysis tools like Helium 10 or ScaleInsight.
  
• Self-Starter: Ability to work independently in a remote environment, take absolute ownership of promotional calendars, and lead initiatives from start to finish.
