Design, build, and operate storage platform services, proxies, automation, integration libraries, APIs, and infrastructure modules across SQL, NoSQL, search, and object storage systems. Improve reliability and developer velocity through scalable data-layer operations, self-service tooling, capacity planning, migrations, on-call support, and incident follow-ups.
As a Senior Software Engineer on Cloud Storage, you will join the core team responsible for the data backbone of our platform. We are looking for a platform-minded engineer to build and operate an ecosystem that encompasses everything from SQL (Aurora, RDS Postgres, SQL Server) and key-value stores (Redis/Valkey, DynamoDB) to Search Engines (Elasticsearch, OpenSearch, Apache Solr), Object Storage (S3), and network file storage (EFS).
You will work in a squad of infrastructure and software engineers, acting as a true Platform Engineering team. The mission is not just to keep the databases running flawlessly, but to drastically increase developer velocity. You will achieve this by building autonomous "storage-as-a-service" environments, creating self-service tooling, and maintaining the integration libraries, proxies, and SDKs that allow our product squads to ship features faster and with confidence.
