The Objective

You own the conversion engine of a business with a strong top of funnel. Our technology delivers a verified prospect with savings already identified and no quoting work required, so every conversation starts with a real reason to talk and a real number to offer.

Your objective is to turn that advantage into consistent production. You'll set the daily targets, coach the conversations, and run the leading indicators that show what's working — conversion rate, time-to-contact, cross-sell attach — so the team can see its own progress and repeat it.

• Write the Playbook: Design the QA rubric, the call review cadence, and the objection and closing library from the ground up. Collaborate with the training team to build our future agents. Turn your best closer's instincts into something the whole floor can run.
• Own Allocation: Our leads have incredible value, which comes at a cost. You'll run a tiered capacity model — earned on results and discipline, reviewed on a cycle, and published so the team sees exactly how it works.
• Speed Is the Edge: Our prospects are most receptive in the minutes and hours after they apply, not days later. Build a team that treats time-to-contact as a discipline and holds it under load.
• Build Your Bench: As we scale, so do our people. You'll identify and develop high-potential team members, build future leaders, and create clear paths for growth within the team. 
• Raise the Hiring Bar: You own selection — a structured, scored process and a real point of view on what predicts success in this seat. 
  

What We're Looking For

• Licensed & Seasoned: Active P&C license with 7+ years of insurance sales experience, including significant personal auto insurance experience, and 4+ years of sales leadership with responsibility for team performance and production. 
• Process Champion: You run a crisp, repeatable sales operation at volume.
• Builder, Not Just Operator: You've stood something up from zero — an enablement function, a QA practice, a training path — not just kept one running.
• Talent Builder: Hire, level up, and keep producers producing. Bonus if you've built leaders, not just closers.
• Culture + Accountability: High bar, high fun, high follow-through.
• Data-Driven Tools: CRM, comparative raters, automation — if it tracks, you use it. And you can explain a number to a rep in terms they can check themselves.
• Cross-Functional Weight: You hold your own with Product and Ops, and you bring the field's voice with evidence behind it.
• Clear & Direct: Sets expectations, rallies the room, celebrates the win, delivers hard feedback without flinching.
• Preferred: Insurtech or digital agency experience; high-volume contact center leadership; bilingual English/Spanish.
• Travel: Roughly 5% — sometimes we get together to map the future and celebrate our wins.
