Your mission

  • Market Ownership: Drive the full sales cycle for multi-million euro deals from initial contact to closing.

  • Strategic Deals: Focus on high-value opportunities in the defense, public sector, and enterprise 5G markets.

  • C-Suite Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level stakeholders and decision-makers.

  • Bid Strategy: Own the commercial strategy for complex RFI, RFQ, and RFP processes.

  • Revenue Growth: Directly contribute to the company's global revenue targets through new business acquisition.

Skills & Experience (Must-Have)

  • Deep-Tech Sales Mastery: 7+ years of experience in B2B technology sales, ideally in telecommunications, cloud, or deep-tech.

  • Complex Deal Experience: Proven track record of closing multi-stakeholder deals with long sales cycles (6–18 months).

  • Sales Methodology: Expert command of MEDDIC, Challenger, or similar sales frameworks.

  • Market Knowledge: Established network and experience in Western European markets (Benelux, Iberia, or Italy).

  • Technical Fluency: Ability to confidently discuss 5G, RAN, and cloud-native infrastructure with both technical and business stakeholders.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience in the defense sector or public procurement.

  • Knowledge of Open RAN and private 5G network solutions.

  • Previous experience in a high-growth scale-up environment.
