The Senior Director will serve as the internal subject-matter expert on Amazon and will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Brand, Product Development, Operations, Finance, and Customer Service to ensure Super7 is maximizing the opportunity while protecting the company's brand and long-term economics.

- Build strong relationships across functions without relying solely on organizational authority.
- Bring Amazon expertise to the organization while remaining open to perspectives from other functional leaders.
- Challenge assumptions constructively and use facts to drive decisions.
- Develop scalable processes rather than solving every issue individually.
- Anticipate problems rather than simply reacting to them.
