Senior Product Manager - AI

Your mission as a Senior Product Manager:

We are seeking a proven, disciplined Senior Product Manager who has mastered the core crafts of product management—discovery, structured strategy, rigorous execution, and outcome-driven roadmap delivery within a B2B SaaS environment.

You will own the bridge between advanced machine learning systems and real-world customer value. You’ll partner closely with our engineering team and Engineering Leads to build our core AI architecture and harness, as well as AI-enabled user-facing features that keep Appinio ahead of the curve. 

What you’ll be doing:

• Craft and execute our AI strategy by shaping the end-to-end vision, value proposition, and roadmap for flagship AI initiatives, balancing long-term technical foundations with high-impact customer features.
• Drive complete end-to-end product ownership, taking features from initial strategy and discovery through to architecture, execution, iteration, and measurable business impact.
• Build and scale our internal AI harness through direct partnership with your cross functional engineering squad and their Lead to establish robust evaluation frameworks, LLM orchestration, model routing, and prompt engineering infrastructure that keep our systems reliable, scalable, and cost-effective.
• Practice rigorous product craft through deep user discovery, clear and actionable PRDs, tracking and tight success metrics (OKRs), and disciplined execution driven by rapid experimentation.
• Elevate team AI and PM fluency by leading as an AI-native PM, mentoring cross-functional team members, and fostering a culture of continuous learning, data fluency, and high performance.

You will thrive in this role if:

• You bring essential B2B SaaS experience with a proven track record of owning platform products end-to-end, alongside a deep understanding of multi-tenant workflows, complex user personas, and scaling software.
• You possess battle-tested PM fundamentals, backed by several years of experience as a Product Manager with demonstrated mastery in core PM frameworks, quantitative/qualitative research, and outcome-based execution.
• You have a hands-on AI/ML track record, including direct experience working with AI engineers/teams to bring non-deterministic software, LLM applications, or agentic frameworks into production. Experience with LLM-as-a-judge. 
• You maintain a strong technical and strategic balance, able to speak the language of engineering (RAG, vector databases, model evals, API latency) while translating technical capabilities into measurable business impact (revenue, efficiency, retention).
• You communicate with precision. Complex AI tradeoffs become a clear recommendation, a decision, and a quality bar other squads can reuse.
• You have an interest and a passion in the products we are building at Appinio with the vision to create the coolest market-research product in the world
