Join Revive Media to help advertisers across the country scale their localized ads. Our business is in the midst of transforming from a services agency to a product-led business with our new native platform. This new platform is currently used internally and will need support to drive adoption across the organization before pivoting to sell it more broadly in the future.

This role will report to the head of product and work closely with other product and engineering team members as well as our internal users to scale the platform for their needs. We are proud of the foundation that our team has built thus far and this role will help us expand our MVP to make a bigger impact and scale our solutions across the business. The right candidate will be user experience and service design focused, maybe even obsessed, with examples of previous work.

We are a remote-first culture and virtual team of high-performing professionals with diverse backgrounds located across many time zones, including North America, Europe, and Asia. We prioritize asynchronous communication and documentation but come together as a team to solve hard problems.

Responsibilities
  • Product Requirements: Define and document product features through wireframes, specifications, and requirements.
  • Product Development: Work with engineering, design, and key stakeholders to ensure timely development of new features.
  • Product Adoption: Support the rollout of new features, provide training and documentation when needed, and continually grow product usage across teams.
  • Product Roadmap: Support the creation and maintenance of product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
  • Quality Assurance: Contribute to quality assurance efforts to ensure products meet quality standards and customer expectations.
  • System Knowledge: Understand and communicate technical details of the platform to identify problems.
What to expect in your first 90 days

Month 1 - Get your bearings

  • Shadow Revive product team members to learn how they accomplish their day-to-day work
  • Learn how our software, tools, and business processes work by completing training sessions and responding to internal support inquiries
  • Get Amazon Ads certified

Month 2 - Dive into the backlog

  • Collaborate with the product team to identify backlog items you can support and execute on with engineering
  • Take ownership of a specific area of Revive's internal tools and begin research for opportunities in that area
  • Become familiar with more advanced advertising concepts and Revive's differentiation in the market

Month 3 - Product roadmap ownership

  • Begin building and executing on a product and engineering backlog of initiatives specific to your area of ownership
  • Partner with product leadership to begin crafting a vision and roadmap for your product area
  • Collaborate closely with teammates to identify and address process improvements for product and engineering team efficiency
Requirements
  • 3+ years of software product mgmt or business analyst experience.
  • Experience with remote and multi-national teams.
  • The communication skills necessary to translate between user needs and technical realities of building complex tools.
  • Detail oriented with an instinct for creating intuitive user experiences to solve complex customer problems.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced product development environment.
  • Ability to make decisions independently and collaborate where necessary.
  • Experience in ad tech or knowledge of the digital advertising market is helpful but not required.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
  • Experience with wireframing and design tools such as Balsamiq, Figma, Sketch, etc.

Revive Media provides the wage it reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for all remote roles and as otherwise required by applicable law. The expected annual base pay for this role is $125,000 - $150,000. Actual compensation may vary within the listed range based on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, skill set, experience, and specific geographic location. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees and does not include equity and variable pay.
