The Role

We’re seeking an experienced freelance marketing professional to join our growing team as an Senior Integrated Marketing Manager. In this role, you will execute complex, cross-functional programs from strategy through execution. You will act as a key strategic partner to Product leadership and the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to align our marketing narratives with our product roadmap and broader business goals.

This is a fixed-term contract role, estimated to be roughly 8 months in length.

What You’ll Do

  • Campaign Design & Execution: Run complex, cross-functional programs from strategy to execution, seamlessly integrating content, demand gen, sales enablement, and customer marketing programs.

  • Narrative & Audience Strategy: Synthesize industry and internal SME research into compelling narratives and adapt core messaging to address specific audience pain points across all touchpoints.

  • Cross-Functional & Executive Partnership: Collaborate with Product leadership and the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to align campaign strategies with the product roadmap, translate feedback into GTM themes, and secure internal buy-in.

  • Revenue & Sales Alignment: Partner with Sales and Product leadership to deliver strategic updates and enablement materials that empower Sales, SEs, and Customer Success.

  • Strategic Growth & Problem Solving: Proactively identify market opportunities, champion innovative ideas, address project gaps, and recommend optimizations to better meet business needs.

  • Data-Driven Performance: Establish KPIs and performance benchmarks, using metrics and industry trends to make data-driven decisions and showcase business impact over time.

Who You Are

  • Experienced Strategist: Proven background in a strategic marketing role with a track record of running end-to-end campaigns.

  • Master Storyteller: Exceptional ability to synthesize complex industry research and data into compelling, audience-specific narratives.

  • Cross-Functional Leader: Highly collaborative professional experienced in working alongside Sales, Product, and Senior leadership.

  • Analytical Thinker: Analytical mindset with experience establishing KPIs, tracking performance metrics, and making data-driven program adjustments.

  • Proactive Problem Solver: Ability to independently spot project gaps, offer strategic solutions, and confidently advise senior leaders on strategic direction.

Preferred:

  • Experience in the B2B SaaS or cybersecurity industry, translating technical capabilities into business value.

Immersive’s commitment to fair and equitable compensation practices means that our compensation & benefits team prices each individual role before it is opened. We expect most candidates for this position to fall within a base salary range of $110,825 - $150,000, based on a 12 month per annum basis. The specific offer will vary based on a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, location and experience (and will reflect the 8 months estimated project length).
